Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data Chiro Studio collects when you use Floorcraft, why, and your choices. We keep it to what Floorcraft needs to work.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password, or your Google account ID and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Your floor plans: the plans you save to the cloud and small preview images of them.
Subscription status: whether you are on Free or Pro, plus the subscription and customer IDs Paddle gives us. We never see or store your card details.
Security data: sign-in sessions (a cookie that keeps you signed in) and IP addresses, used to prevent abuse such as password guessing.

Why we use it

To run your account and save your floor plans (to provide the service you signed up for).
To send essential emails: confirming your email address and resetting your password.
To unlock Pro features when you subscribe.
To keep Floorcraft secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who helps us run Floorcraft

Paddle: payments, taxes and receipts. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare: hosting and network security.
MongoDB Atlas: database storage for accounts and plans.
Resend: sending account emails.
Google: only if you choose "Sign in with Google".

How long we keep it

We keep your account and plans while your account exists. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity, and email links expire within 24 hours. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data and plans; Paddle keeps payment records as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us at @chirovisuals on X and we will help. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this notice in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app or by email.
