Refund Policy

Payments for Floorcraft Pro are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record.

Payments are non-refundable

Floorcraft Pro is a monthly subscription that gives you instant access to Pro features. Once a billing period has started, its payment is not refundable, including for partly used months.

Cancel any time

You can cancel whenever you like from Account → Manage subscription in Floorcraft. Cancelling stops all future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again.

Billing problems

If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal you forgot to cancel and have not used), contact us at @chirovisuals on X with the email you paid with. We review each case and, where it is fair, arrange a refund through Paddle.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
