Terms of Service

These terms apply to Floorcraft (floorcraft.chirostudio.xyz), a floor plan design tool made by Chiro Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Floorcraft you agree to them.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Floorcraft. Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Plans and payment

Floorcraft has a free plan and a paid Pro subscription (currently $10 per month; see Pricing). Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future payments; Pro stays active until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started; see the Refund Policy. If a renewal payment fails, we may pause Pro features until it is paid. We may change prices with notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

3. Your content

Floor plans and exports you make belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run Floorcraft for you (for example, saving your plans to the cloud). We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Floorcraft: no attempts to break, overload or get around its limits or security, no automated scraping, and no using it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. The service

Floorcraft is a design and visualisation tool. Plans, measurements and 3D models it produces are illustrations and are not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering or building advice. We work to keep Floorcraft available and your plans safe, but the service is provided "as is", and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features over time.

6. Liability

As far as the law allows, Chiro Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Floorcraft at any time. Cancel any Pro subscription first so you are not charged again. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will let you know in the app or by email before it applies.
